Do you have insurance?

 

Yes, we have general liability insurance and workman’s compensation.

Will I receive confirmation of our appointment?

 

Yes, we will contact you within 24 hours prior to your move.

Do you do full service moves or just move furniture?

 

We cater our moving packages to what you need. If that means you need a piece of furniture carefully packed and moved to a new location, we can do that! But we also specialize in packing each and every item in a home and guaranteeing it's safe arrival at your new location.

Do you offer storage?

 

We work with our partners A&A Storage in Lakemont, GA or Champion Storage in Mountain City, GA to accommodate any storage needs.

Do you move chemicals?

 

No, we cannot move anything that is flammable. Including, but not limited to, small propane tanks for gas grills.

Do you unhook appliances?

 

No, we can not unhook anything that has to do with electrical or water lines. Please have this uninstalled and ready to load prior to your move. If the appliance simply needs to be unplugged from the wall, we are happy to do that. We just can not uninstall  any items that are hard wiring.

Do you move pianos?

Even Baby Grand pianos?

 

Yes. Our crews are trained to move pianos properly and securely. Please let us know before the day of your move so that we come prepared with the appropriate equipment for the move.

How do you charge? When is payment due?

 

Each of the job we do is specially catered for our customer. We like to do an onsite visit to get the whole scope of a job. This allows us to give you an exact estimate for your job.

At the end of your job, you will be given an invoice at which time payment is due.

Do you move in the rain?

​

We leave that up to the customer. If you would like for us to work in the rain we are happy to do your move in the rain. We do our best to keep the furniture covered and things clean while working in the rain. But, we like to leave that decision up to our customers. If you want to reschedule because of the rain, we are happy to give you our next available date.

What if my closing date changes?

 

We work the best we can with closing date changes. Let us know as soon as the date of your move needs to be changed and we will give you our next available date that works for you.

Do you move live plants?

 

No, we do not.

8.

Do my drawers have to be cleaned out before the move?

No. We ask that anything breakable be removed. Clothes and non-breakable items are fine. We may have to remove drawers out of pieces to move, but then we will put the drawers back in when in place at the new location.

Do you disassemble furniture?

 

Yes, we will disassemble any furniture that needs to be taken apart and then once in place at the new location, we will reassemble the piece.

Will you hang TVs or pictures at my new location?

 

No

Is it okay for my pet to be in the house during the move?

We ask that all pets be secured or out of the house during a move. This allows us to move freely throughout the house without the worry of pets underfoot or accidently letting them outside.

Can you move my particle board furniture?

​

Particle board furniture is not designed to be moved once it is put together. We will do our best to move these pieces in a safe and secure way, but we do not make ANY guarantees on the transportation of these items.
